I’ve always tried to instil the value of being able to make your own food in my son. It is a simple pleasure however a valuable lesson, that all things that nourish you, take time to cultivate.

This is a lesson in all aspects of life.

It is easy to get fast food or rely on someone else to feed you, but when you appreciate the effort it takes to make goodness, it is valued- no – treasured.
